​​Yoga is so much more than the shapes we make with our bodies. The practice of yoga is about slowing down, peeling back the layers of who we think we should be so that we can get in touch with who we really are. The practice is about the journey, and all the tears, laughter, strength and compassion required to keep us on the path.  As an instructor, it is my desire to create a safe space for you to explore these arenas of Self: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
